Every Step of the Way
Successful building projects are as much about relationships as construction. We place a strong emphasis on communication, listening to our clients and taking the time to find out what it is that you need.
Scope
Whether you have a plan or your starting from scratch, we'll get together and talk through your vision so we can understand what you're after.
If you need help with the design, we can introduce you to one of our trusted Architectural partners
Confirm
We'll work with you and your Architect or designer to understand your plans and priorities.
Once we've confirmed all of your requirements we can begin to work with you, and your budget,on an estimate.
Approve
With plans approved and an estimate for the build cost, we'll then help you through the process of submitting your plans to local Council for approval too.
Once the plans are approved, and a contract is signed, we can get started on building or renovating your new home.
Build
Our team of experienced builders will get started on the construction or renovation of your home.
Your happines througout this process is important to us, and we'll work hard to keep you well informed on our progress!

We can advise, support and connect you to the best designers and architects in the business who specialise in passive design, energy efficiency, sustainable and high performing healthy homes.

Renovations & Additions
If you want to maintain the charm and character of your current home but want to improve some of the less desirable characteristics of the house, renovation is a great option.
We can renovate your home so it will be warm, comfortable and healthy, with very low running costs.
The New Zealand building standard is inadequate for this, Edwards and Co aim to renovate to higher standard for a higher performing home and better quality of living.
